  Ryan went to fix my furnace, took weeks to follow through, lost the keys to my house, forgot to fix the furnace, charged me $695 and the furnace doesn't work. He left all the old parts behind,(said he doesn't clean up other people's mess) didn't put the filter back in the furnace, or replace it (because he doesn't carry filters with him) and said he fixed it weeks ago and it was fine then(it's been over 70 since he repaired it) Sad that this was so bad, he used to be really good.
